Lifelong Cumberland County resident and Pine Forest High School honors graduate with direct county government experience. Former Cumberland County Sheriff's Office employee (2008-2012) in the Homicide Division managing databases, confidential records, and serving as District Attorney liaison.
Family commitment to Cumberland County public service: Married to SSGT Westmoreland, 21-year deputy sheriff with Cumberland County Sheriff's Office currently assigned to the Homicide Unit as Polygrapher. Combined household experience totaling 25+ years of Cumberland County government service demonstrates deep understanding of county operations, public sector culture, and institutional commitment.
